Talia isn't a marketplace that dispatches whichever driver happens to be nearby. Drivers on Talia set their own rates and keep 100% of every fare — Talia never takes a percentage. There's no algorithm deciding who gets which ride, no surge pricing, no unexplained rate cuts. Just a driver, a rider, and a price agreed upon between them.
